Trinity Fellowship Church’s vision includes a passion for the spread of the gospel throughout the world. Hundreds of “people groups” – groups of people who share a language and a cultural background – have not yet heard the truth of Jesus. Since we believe that God’s plan is create a spiritual nation of his chosen people by calling people to himself from each of these people groups, we are committed to cooperating with God in reaching those who have not yet had opportunity to hear the good news.
Since the Bible makes it clear that God places a priority on reaching every people group with the Gospel and that our Lord Jesus will not return until that plan is accomplished, that goal must be one that we pursue with passion. God has urged us to pray for people who are actively spreading the Gospel. He has also called us to go and be one of those who are sharing the truth of Jesus. The fact that the Bible clearly states that those who die without believing the truth will be punished, must compel us to obey these commands.
Jesus called us to spread the Gospel, to baptize, and to teach when he gave us the Great Commission. That Great Commission is a call for churches to build other local churches around the world. We are excited to embrace that vision.
GO Team
We believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ is God’s answer-- His only answer--to the problem of human sin and our need for forgiveness. So we are dedicating ourselves to reaching out with the gospel to our community and world. We are developing consistent community outreach by means of a multi-faceted evangelism program. We believe that evangelism may take many forms, ranging from simple acts of kindness to content-filled meetings and instruction. Our desire is to schedule church sponsored outreaches as consistently as our resources will allow.
GO Team events include Boardwalk evangelism, mall outreach, free car washes and other kindness events, face painting at local parks, Route 70 market outreach, and more.
